pablo, the problem come from clock.pl [from drakconf] that call timezone::read()
[from drakxtools] to list timezones

Mandrake Control Center don't have time zone selection of Asia/BeiJing. 
 
Note: KDE Control Center don't have this selection either. 
 
1. Install Mandrake Lunix v9.1 RC4 2 CDs.  
2. Select S-CH as GUI language.  
3. After installation, go to Mandrake Control Center->System->Time zone setting.
