[Cooker] 9.1 only installs dhclient (not dhcpcd)

dhclient is pretty useless, it does not set domainname, does not support 
sending my hostname (to allow dynamic DNS updates), and does not support 
generating/updating my yp.conf.

Please make dhcpcd the default, or at least let it be a installable choice;
setting DHCP_CLIENT in /etc/sysconfig/network

Now wait a minute, I thought we switched to dhclient
because it has *more* features, not less.  Can
somebody explain again why we switched the default
DHCP client?

If only dhcpcd is installed, it'll use it.
