You're very close: urpmi.addmedia cooker ftp://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/Mandrake-devel/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/ with ../base/hdlist.cz should work. You can also use ../base/synthesis.hdlist.cz instead of ../base/hdlist.cz. The synthesis is a smaller file (i.e. a much faster download) but stores much less info. Right now, the synthesis file is 136 kb for cooker, whereas hdlist.cz is approx 14 MB. Narfi.
