The University of Michigan and the College of Engineering have developed their own Linux distro based on RH6.0. They have an emphasis on security, something Mandrake addresses very well. Mandrake officials might want to scan their site, especially the enhancements they have made in the security area , with an eye to developing "designer" editions of Mandrake for Universities.
