[Cooker] DrakeConf missing from Install

Mdk 9.2 beta 2 
Installed and DrakeConf was missing.
I was able to urpmi drakerpm to get a gui package manager.

I confirm. Actually a lot of packages are unexpectadly missing :

- most of the drakxtools, drakconf
- userdrake, rpmdrake, menudrake
- reiserfstools, so that when booting the init script cannot find
fsck.reiserfsck to check the reiserfs partitions
- kde-i18n-fr for a French install

Mine was a network ftp install.
I had downloaded the ISO images and made symbolic links into the
loopback mount of the ISO images...

It's not there if you do an upgrade from a previous install of beta 1 or
9.1.  If you install it fresh, you get the new drakconf tool.
