[Cooker] Eterm has no menubar

My Eterm has no menubar.  It's supposed to be enabled by default, but
even with the --menubar option it doesn't show.  Using latest Eterm from
the cooker with beta 4 and Gnome.

Try Ctrl+Button3 (right mouse button). It worls for me (tm)
