As you can see below, a Freshen of all installed files (rpm -Fvh *.rpm) went beautifully. This is from fully resynced RPMS and RPMS2 directories up to this very minute. I had just done a Freshen of just the KDE apps last night (rpm -Fvh kde*.rpm), so that is why they are not on this list. The kernel is not on this list also because, as we know, has to installed separately.
