These packages are missing in 8.2b3, due to space constraints I presume. I would really appreciate it if somebody could confirm that they will indeed ship with 8.2 final and that they will be installed if Japanese is selected as a primary or secondary language during the installation. If they will also be included in RC1, then that's even better :-)
