That extra package is a monster :p That's why we now have 2 CD's. :) And seeing as how KDE is the reason for Mandrake's existence (remember, Mandrake _used_ to be nothing more than RedHat 5.x with KDE added), I think there's a historical precedent for making special allowances for KDE users...

[Cooker] KDE themes
When I installed Mandrake 6.1, one of the things that impressed me was all the extra themes that were included for KDE. I was sorry to see they've been removed in cooker. Will they be put back in for the released version? Cheers, Rob

Hi Robert, I found the extra themes on the cd.. [Cooker] kde-themes error
Hello, I'm getting the following error with a lot of KDE themes: (Trying to initialize the theme through the "KDE Control Center" Failed to unpack /usr/share/apps/kthememgr/Themes/Factory.tar.gz with cd "/home/stefan/.kde/share/apps/kthememgr/Work/" ; gzip -c -d /usr/share/apps/kthememgr/Themes/Factory.tar.gz | tar xf - When I do it manually, in my home-dir, I get the following error: bash-2.03$ gzip -dc /usr/share/apps/kthememgr/Themes/Factory.tar.gz | tar -xf - tar: Factory/Factory.preview.jpg: Error while closing: Operation not permitted tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors As root, no problems.. but when I look at the permisions, one file is strange (the same as above): -rw-r-Sr--1 root root21583 Feb 8 1999 Factory.preview.jpg Is the SUID (??) bit needed for this file?
