Ok.
(I update from ftp.free.fr)
$  urpmi.update -a
generating dependencies list
gnome-core-1.0.55-2mdk requires libgtop-1.1.so.3 but no package provide it
gnome-core-1.0.55-2mdk requires libgtop_common-1.1.so.3 but no package provide
it
gnome-core-1.0.55-2mdk requires libgtop_sysdeps-1.1.so.3 but no package provide 

...

$  gurpmi gnome-core
To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be installed (18
MB):
glibc-2.1.3-0.2mdk
--
gnome-core-1.0.55-2mdk

Is it ok? 

I clicked on OK and:
$ 
urpmi: package -- is not available


It seems there is a problem with the deplist. Maybe it's me but after a rpm
--rebuilddb, it was the same.

There is a problem with gnome-core.
With gurpmi, I have:

To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be installed (4 MB):

gnome-core-1.0.55-2mdk

Is it ok?

And -- is not a valid package name. (It's also missing libgtop etc ...).
