Hi everyone, Just an idea: When for exemple you remove a device like a hard disk without remove the line in /etc/fstab and the flag "mount at boot time" is avaible, the system don't boot completely and ask for root password to "repair" (remove the line in /etc/fstab) the system. But, for a newbie user ... I think it's very hard to know what to do (use vi, remove the line in /etc/fstab and reboot)
Why, for exemple, booting completely the system (if /boot /etc /usr are avaible..) ??? jean-seb -- Journée "OS-Alternatifs": http://wwwosalt.iuta.univ-nancy2.fr/ Site Web d'Interlug: http://www.interlug-fr.org Site perso: http://gcutter.free.fr ICQ:171684947
