mail does not work for non root users.

I think it is a sendmail-problem because I get the same error with
sendmail -t user@host
I have the same problem when trying to send mail using pine. Now I use
evolution to send mail (configured as SMTP: localhost, not sendmail) and
it works. I also think that the problem is sendmail related because if I
configure evolution to use sendmail, it doesn't work either.
