Arghh, still there with 2.4.16-9mdk :-(

Additional question:
i usually recompile additional modules (alsa, nvidia, etc...) after rebooting
with new kernel. Is there a way to compile them just after new kernel
compilation and installation ?
Would running /etc/init.d/kheader be sufficient and safe if i don't reboot
imedialty ?
