I know it is a crime to do this, especially whilst this is a linux
discussion group. But I have managed to get rsync working under evil
windows. For those of you who don't know what rsync is but know what ftp is.
Just imagine ftp with muscle power. Rsync does everything that ftp should
have done from the start, which include compressing files whilst
downloading. Recursive downloading (i.e. downloading subdirectories).
Rsyncing on any platform rules.

(linux community....forgive me for my sins, as I was only experimenting).
BTW, I am downloading the latest contributions directory for mandrake 7.
