As LWN reports it today, we're currently re-preparing an IPO.

We would really enjoy that a large part of the shares be in the hands of
the developpers and the community, that would contribute to drive the
company in the right direction IMHO; as there are some strict laws around
this issue, we can't tell much for the moment, but anyone interested is
strongly encouraged to go to the following URL and register so we will
communicate all infos as soon as it's legal:
