Read the RFC document on e-mail addresses and domain names.  (Not sure which
one it is).

Why do cooker, or Cooker postings take so damn long to appear?

You've gotta be kidding, aren't you?  Mail adresses are supposed to be case
insignifacant, so this should not make a difference (or does it make a
difference?)  Any official answers?
