 Cooker is now 3 CDs, I must update the rpmlist to reflect the correct
 repartition.

Does that mean we might see a DVD Rom version when it goes to market?  (I
think Suse does this now).  It would be a lot easier not to have to switch
between 3 disks during an install.

Just a thought.

Don't think that a diff -s will help you any.  The files will always differ,
even if there's just a tiny difference in the changelog (or whatever).

No, AFAIK you have to check all files by hand, and see if there's a file
with a later (or earlier, depends on your point of view .]) release.

Well, did you try to delete all the duplicate packages?  That's the first
thing that comes to my mind
