 What's Cardbus, is that PCMCIA related?

This releted to the Cardbus, I suppose it's the controller's chipset.

 hum, i don't understand how this got through. It should match the isLaptop
 criteria... francois any idea?

Don't know if it matters, but I performed an Expert installation, nothing
automatic, so maybe an error from my side?...

 sub isLaptop {
 hasPCMCIA() || (matching_desc('CT.*655[45]\d') || matching_desc('CT.*68554') ||
   matching_desc('Neomagic.*Magic(Media|Graph)') ||
   matching_desc('ViRGE.MX') || matching_desc('S3.*Savage.*[IM]X') ||
   matching_desc('ATI.*(Mobility|LT)'));
 }

It should work for this ati chipset (last regexp), problably a problem somewhere
else, take a look.

François.

 It's PCMCIA, but then with a 32 bits wide 33 MHz bus. A quick google
 turns up URL:http://www.pc-card.com/papers/cardbus.htm ia.

Does it work with linux? Which module is it using? yenta_socket?

Hi Claudio!

 get in, it's the end!!! I have to use the Fn key if I want any lecter on
 those key with more functions!!! For example I have the key for lecter o
 that also have 6 (yes, the number six!), and in any application I have to
 press Fn key if I don't want to see number instead of lecter.
 It also happen in console mode (init 3).

Remove/Deactivate Numlock key locker.

Reinhard
