So I think the Obsoletes/Provides: sgml-tools must be removed from openjade. Camille.

Yes, messing around with the provides and obsoletes is only a workaround and no fix. We should also keep in mind that this must be a bug in rpm. If both openjade and docbook-utils provide and obsolete sgml-tools, this doesn't mean they obsolete each other. Both package obsolete only one part of the provides of the other package, that's why I think it is a rpm bug. The weird thing to me is if you use --nodeps to install docbook-utils and then use urpmi to re-install openjade it removes docbook-utils again, But you can then use rpm -ivh and install docbook-utils without problem.
