I second this. I'm pinning a lot of hope on Mdk 8.2 for desktop duty at
work for our programmers.

Aha, ok, thanks.

Warly, could I have a bugzilla account? I once had, but I think it's gone.
Thanks.

Don't be in such a rush! I feel it is much more
important to work through all of these fixes and
release the most stable version possible.

Personally, I think it is VERY important to have
things work out of the box. We are no longer in
competition with a flaky win98, winxp is relatively
stable now, so if someone who wishes to try Mandrake
is frustrated out of the box, we may lose those people
for good. Especially businesses, who are taking the
hardest look at Mandrake (for both servers and as a
desktop) but have little to no tolerance of flakiness.

I will feel that it is ready for release when the list
becomes pretty boring. :-}

A requirement of creativity is that it contributes to change. Creativity keeps
the creator alive.

He he he, ok. Cool!

Is there a bug list somewhere other than in bugzilla?

I don't think I have an bugzilla account, I once had but I don't really
know now since the access changes were made...
