not yet. An easy workaround is:
% chroot /mnt ; cp -a /dev/ida /lib/dev-state
at the end of install before rebooting.

of course, the real solution would be that devfsd creates the symlinks:
  /dev/ida/c0d0 -> disk0/disk
  /dev/ida/c0d0p1 -> disk0/part1
  ...

the pb must be the same for /dev/ataraid, /dev/cciss, /dev/i2o, /dev/rd

But lilo has problem in writing on MBR as reportedmay be I can't use again MBR 
(old ida/c0d0 in kernel22)???...
