Nobody here has made it work directly with the mdk9.0?
Maybe we have to compile pilot-link from the sources? The latest pilot-link package on
Cooker doesn't work with mine (Clié NR70V)...
It could be great to ask the user during the install if he got an organizer. And then,
ask him for pushing hot-sync button in order to detect it and, possibly patch the
visor module then?
What do you think of that?
It's hard to use it with jpilot (or kpilot), so it seems impossible to make it work
with evolution.

Had similar problem with Sony Clie PEG-T665C. But upgrad to
pilot-link-0.11.4 fix everything.

I've just spent 5 hours myself trying to get my Sony Clie to work with

locks my mouse and pilot up, and i have to reboot.
I agree with Pierre that there might be a bug in the visor module.
How new are the CliИs involved?
I have a T675 which wouldn't work; this was no surprise as the model is
brand new and the kernel modules could not possibly have caught up with
any peculiarities it happened to have.
However, I bought a Hama memory stick reader, attached it to a USB
port, and it works like a charm; I don't bother even attaching the CliИ
to the PC now. (I never hotsynced my old CliИ, a T425, in any case,
always reading and writing directly to the Memory Stick).
