IMHO RPM needs a `suggested' relation like Deb. That would enable package management software to say `evolution suggests bug-buddy. install it?' rather than `I just _can't_ install evolution because it _needs_ bug-buddy.' Ironically enough, evolution-IRL kind of needs something like bug-buddy, much more so than evolution-the-program, since people seem to have trouble even agreeing on what it is, let alone how it works, to say nothing WRT _if_ whatever does get agreed upon works at all - issues not faced by evolution-the-program for a long time.
