Nope, 4 hrs, ago I had the same problem trying to update and banged my head against the monitor ;), as a last resort was solved by deleting with urpmi.removemedia my cooker sources and re-adding them back, it start working like a champ :). Don't know why that happened, probably slight changes in hdlist.cz or someting like tat. I guess some packages have been updated, so urpmi couldn't find some old
names.

Yes, I did an urpmi.update -a
I guess some packages have been updated, so urpmi couldn't find some old
names.
The packages it says it can't find are there, I was able to add them
manually.
This only seems to happen with an --auto-select, just installing
packages with urpmi package_name works fine.
