Latest mosix is in cooker contribs: ftp://mandrake.redbox.cz/Mandrake-devel/contrib/SRPMS/kernel-mosix-2.4.17-1mdk.src.rpm Unfortunately it seems Mandrake CVS (http://www.linux-mandrake.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/contrib-SPECS/kernel-mosix/) has not been updated, so you will have to get the full srpm.
