Also sprach Guillaume Cottenceau :
On `contribs' I just uploaded the new 0.7.5 version of FlightGear, the
 famous Flight Simulation Program.

This new version includes bugfixes that now make the software really
usable; additionally I included a menu entry now.

If your line can download easily the 15 Mbytes worth of the package [plus
the 135 kbytes of SimGear-0.0.13 which is required], and if you got a
3d-accelerated configuration of course, give it a try, it's neat..

And if some of those damn geeks can let some mirror in peace just a
moment...sunsite.no, free.fr, they all are overloaded ! Are they
'redhated' ? :-)
Ah, ciril.fr seems to be free...

That is the first dumb-proof flight simulator i've ever seen : i was
unable to crash... Even trying hard, i swear it !
Quite impressive :-)

Yeah, it's not newbie-compliant obviously :-)).

But on the other hand -- try to set your local time to something between
7pm and 9pm, you'll enjoy the nice sunset ;-)..

Only problem: one needs HUGE quantities of data in order to have good
sceneries and stuff..
