The X system will then hang. Sawmill will hang and eat 99 time. I'm not able to reproduce this bug with LM 7.2 beta 2 so I guess you'll have to upgrade to 7.2 when it will become available... -- Frédéric Crozat MandrakeSoft

The system beep can be configured via the Gnome Control Center. Look under Peripherals/Keyboard/Keyboard bell. Just set the volume to zero. ~Andreas

You can just run the control center or keyboard-properties (from e terminal) then set the volume percent to 0 . Magnus Holmberg wrote: I think he mean the annoying sound that comes frome smome bug? If you downgrade those packages, 0.25.1 will *not* work. Look at the sawmill home page, it needs librep-0.11 and rep-gtk-0.9.1. Re: [Cooker] sawmill-0.25.1
I think sawmill-0.25.1 was compiled with old librep libs, i recompile sawmill srpms and all is ok ... bye ! Thierry.
Re: [Cooker] sawmill-0.25.1
Thanks Thierry! That did it. Now, what should I do... How do I post the new rpms!?! may I post them, who controls and souble-checks them!?! That is fine...I can understand your POV and hopefully by the time 7.1 rolls around Sawmill will be a bit less buggy..I like the weekly updates though. Thanks!
