My apologies about a windoze box. That's life in the real world!! :-) 
I'm not sure that the problem is CUseeMe or if I've just messed up my SNF.
One thing I did see was that in ipchains the incoming ports are directed to  
"firewall01.haggar.net.au". This is only an alias for the firewall. (It was the name 
when I first installed the system. It was my backup PC. I had some hardware 
trouble with my original PC.) 

uname -a reports 'Linux  firewall.haggar.net.au 2.2.19-5mdk #1 Fri Apr 27 17:06:05 CEST i486 unknown' 
hosts has.. '192.168.0.10   firewall01.haggar.net.au   firewall.haggar.net.au   firewall01   firewall'
 
There are 2 input chains for each port...
ACCEPT   udp  anywhere   firewall01.haggar.net.au  any ->  7648
ACCEPT   udp  anywhere   anywhere   any ->  7648

Don't know if any of this helps.
