Seems to be an oversite.  this is the drakx installer source code.  If
you're interested in it, CVS would probably be better, as it's changing
constantly.  Checkout the Mandrake developer pages for info on how to
access it via CVS.

Ahh, after 5 hours of package selection I am finally installing. Phuh.
Lots of packages with weird dependencies. The flat list mode is very much
necessary so one can go up and down the list fast and easy. I found some
package descriptions really bad, like the one for DrakX for example,
whatever that is. I'll report more thoughts when I now try to setup
network and swedish keyboard, and then sound.

How come DrakX is reported as 0 kb in the list?

IIRC there is an option to store lists of like people you hate (bitchx
calls this something else but I'll let you fill the 4 letter word in)
etc... into MySQL.  Apparently that option is compiled in.  So it needs
the library to connect to a MySQL database which is in MySQL-shared.

MySQL isn't installed only the shared library to access it.

 On another point, when I have the tree view of packages some packages are
 not listed there. They are only listed in the flat view. This is not good.
