no cutter.
I wouldn't begin to make them for company because they sure look like a
wreck train.

No matter what they taste good.
I don't have any fab method for making them uniform.
Sorry.
Happy eating anyway.

I have never used coconut in a can. I have only bought it in the bags, and
when there is no amount listed, I just put it in until I think I have
enough.

I don't know why it is called an ugly cake.

Maybe someone else has used the coconut in the can.

Why is this an ugly cake mix?

I have never heard of coconut in a can.
Does it have both coconut pieces and the milk? how many ounces is it?
One box of powdered sugar what size?
I think I'd have to cut back on the sugar.
I'd get a major headache after consuming much of this cake.

Hi Gail, do you have a noodle cutter or do you cut them yourself? I don't
have a noodle cutter and my strips are always sloppy looking. Thanks for
the recipe.

This is a basic recipe.
If you want something different let the list know.
I'll be glad to search for it.
Whatever you do if you have a dog keep your drying noodles out of their
reach.
Hee Hee. Learned from personal experience how much they like these tasty
labors of love.

Homemade Noodles.

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
Directions:
1
Beat the egg yolks with the whole egg until very light.
2
Beat in the salt and water.
3
Stir in the flour and work with hands until blended.
4
Divide dough into 2 parts.
5
Roll out each part as thin as possible on a lightly floured board.
6
Let stand until partially dry (like chamois skin), at least 1 hour, then
roll up like a jelly roll and cut into strips of any desired width.

7
Shake out strips and allow them to finish drying before using or storing
them.
