Re: [CnD] Irish butter
We use Kerry Gold Irish Butter exclusively now! We buy ours at Costco. There are 3 half-pound cubes in a box. Not only is it delicious, but I like the fact that it's grass fed! Healthy fats are extremely good for us! Much much better than Margarine! [CnD] Irish butter
Yesterday was St. Patrick's Day, & in the grocery store flyer was advertised Irish Butter, about $4 for half a pound. I decided to treat myself. The butter is richer in flavor, like the butter I ate when a child. Seems the butter today is watered down. Re: [CnD] Keurig
I believe when I saw the K50 at Wal Mart, it had one button for on/off, and 3 more ones going from left to right: 1 2 and 3 cups. it has been awhile since I saw it, so google it to be certain what those buttons do. It does not have a touch screen. There are about six buttons on the front; one lets me select the size cup, one starts the brewing for coffee/tea, one is to rinse out where the pod was just used, if I remember another does just hot water for things like instant oatmeal or bullion. There's a rocker switch on the bottom back side that does a reset when/if it doesn't start reheating the water or you just want to reset your settings. Not so difficult once you get the hang of it. Get someone to go over the buttons when you first get it and you should be okay from there. You can easily feel all the buttons unless they've changed the setup over the years.
