Ok thanks to all who responded. I had never seen it written that way. When 
you're using a screen reader most of them won't indicate by default if the 
letter is capitalized or not.

Wonderful Pound Cake

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 T sour cream
2 cups sugar
6 eggs, separated

1 cup milk

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sour cream and sugar and 
continue creaming together. Add egg yolks, vanilla and lemon rind.
Then add flour and milk a little at a time, stirring well between.

Beat egg whiles stiff and fold in.

Bake at 350 degrees in a greased tube pan for about 1 hour. Test for 
doneness with a toothpick.
