I have a question, when putting the chicken in the crock pot and adding the 
soup how long do we cook this for? Do you mean 4 hours or less than that?

Chicken And Biscuits

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots

1 package (7 1/2 ounces) refrigerated biscuits

Place chicken in Crock-Pot. Pour soup over chicken. Cover; cook on low 4
hours, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center. Stir in
frozen vegetables. Cover; cook on low 30 minutes, or until vegetables are
heated through. Meanwhile, bake biscuits according to package directions.
Spoon chicken and vegetable mixture over biscuits to serve.

Makes 4 servings.

[CnD] Chicken and biscuits easy

Today I decided to make chicken and biscuits in the crockpot.
Now this is a quick, and easy way
For the biscuits,
I use the refrigerator store brand
Break them apart and bake them according to directions.
The chicken and gravy.
Slice up a onion thinly and place in a crockpot with a liner for easy clean 
up.
Place the chicken over the onions. I use thighs and legs. The thighs were 
boneless and skinless. The legs, I just removed the skin.

Did I say salt  and pepper the chicken first?
Now take a can of chicken broth (14 1/2 oz) and a can of water. Couple 
tablespoons of chicken bullion and season with a little black pepper.
As the chicken broth is heating, mix 3 tablespoons of corn starch in 3 
tablespoons of water together until the corn starch is dissolved. As the 
broth comes to a easy boil, stir in the corn starch and stir until the back 
of the spoon is coated with gravy. . This is a thin gravy. Pour over chicken 
and turn the crock on high for four hours or low for about 6 to 7 hours. The 
chicken will fall apart went done the way I like it.

Put over biscuits or mashed potatoes. I also steamed from fresh green beans.

Sounds great; but how about mixing a nice dry white wine with the cornstarch 
instead of water?  Yum!

Chicken and Biscuits
-1 can cream of chicken soup w/herbs 
-1 cup milk 
-1 cup cut cup chicken 
-1 can refrigerated biscuits 
-2 cups frozen peas and carrots


-Mix soup, milk, chicken, and vegetables in bowl. 
-Set aside. 
-Lay unbaked biscuits into an 8x8 pan. 
-Pour soup mixture over biscuits. 
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
