Easy Pumpkin Crunch Cake 

What you need:
1- 15 ounce canned pumpkin
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish. Mix pumpkin, 
evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture in glass 
baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mixture over pumpkin and sprinkle with pecans. 
Evenly pour melted butter over the top. Bake 50-55 minutes.  From Sandy.
