That is, except for today. My New Year's Hope is that I will do better this
year at keeping up. I found the chart below to be very valuable. I did not have
another quite like it. I was able to save it in word with 10 pages of
information rather than the 34 that came in the original chart, contributed by
Sugar who found it for us. I saved space by combining lines and separating
where the line breaks were with semicolons and colons, and retaining some
original punctuation marks. My reasoning was that my screen reader always reads
the punctuation marks I used out loud so I could keep track of the separations
without arrowing down or forgetting what I was reading. Also if I copy it to
braille I will want to save the space. There may be some errors, but I like
what I took time to do with the chart. I can send it again with my changes if
anybody is interested.
If anybody is still reading, another reason I like the chart is because it
spells a number of words that I never knew how to spell before, having only
heard them spoken. This delighted me as well as corrected some spelling errors
on my part. Sugar's original message is below.

Re: [CnD] Ingredient Equivalents and Food Measurements

2018-12-31 Thread Pamela Fairchild via Cookinginthedark
As of today I am actually caught up with all the past email from this list.
