Molecules such as that are directly imported from the Refmac Monomer Library. And I think they are generated by libcheck. The CCDC deposited alpha lactose molecule has both rings perfectly symmetrical chairs. Hmm...

Dear all, Greetings. I have a question about the Map Sharpening function in Coot. Does anyone know how is the map sharpening been implemented in Coot? Or what exactly is this function doing to the election density? How does it scales the intensity and what columns in the mtz file has been modified by this method? Thanks everyone! Best, Chang
