Dear friends, For those working with Mac a workaround the windows minimization when deleting any atom/residue or water molecule is to activate "click" on the keep delete active, them you can delete whatever you want and the windows will not close. Then close manually the "Delete item" windows and be careful to not keep deleting atoms ;-)
