Based on this document I have been able to deploy copr -- I am not aware
of any other document.  Deployment is not trivial, so if you feel there is
something missing, feel free to send patches.

Yes. This is main documentation if you want startup full setup.
Frontend and dist-git is vagrant-ized. I just asked Adam who set it up and he 
wrote this:
  https://fedorahosted.org/copr/wiki/Contribute#LocalDevelopmentEnvironment

Backend is docker-ized, although not documented yet.
