Hello Aaron,
That error message appears to be coming from Pfsense. After searching
around a bit, it appears that the boot loop issue has occurred in multiple
models of Pfsense firewall appliances and is due to filesystem corruption.
The most common suggestion I see is to reboot into single user mode and run
`/sbin/fsck -y /` until you don't see any errors appear.

As for the cause, some people mention abrupt shutdown due to a power
outage. If the problem occurs multiple times then you might consider
swapping out the SSD.
