solve business problems using AWS & Private cloud as the platform. We need
a tech lead who can guide the team, is proactive and will take ownership of
the technical aspects of the project. Must be forward thinking and be able
to find innovative design solutions.

*ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

   -

   Coach and lead the developers. Be able to lead developers through daily
   work and will be accountable to produce high quality production code.
   -

   Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions.
   -

   Think proactively and be able to plan for future work.
   -

   Leading software development projects to successful completion.

*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

   -

   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

   At least 4+ years of experience implementing complex ETL pipelines
   preferably with Spark toolset.

   Good experience writing complex SQL and ETL processes
   -

   Excellent coding and design skills, particularly in Java/Scala and
   Python and or Java.

   Experience working with large data volumes, including processing,
   transforming and transporting large-scale data

   Experience in AWS technologies such as EC2, Redshift, Cloud formation,
   EMR, AWS S3, AWS Analytics required.

   Big data related to AWS technologies like HIVE, Presto, Hadoop required.

   AWS certification is preferable: AWS Developer/Architect/DevOps/Big Data

   Excellent working knowledge of Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Kafka,
   Scala, Python etc.

   Good understanding & usage of algorithms and data structures

   Good Experience building reusable frameworks.

   Experience working in an Agile Team environment.
