· Manage PeopleSoft HCM and ELM Testing effort including driving
all QA related project tasks, objectives and milestones

· Develop and maintain project testing methodology

o   Develop entry/exit criteria, scope and approach for each testing cycle
and obtain sponsorship approval

o   Manage and communicate testing methodology across the various project
teams

· Create Test Plan, Test deliverables, Test Status Metrics, and

relates to testing

· One (1) engagement in the last 5 years, lasting at least six (6)
months, as a QA/Test Lead for a public sector (Federal, State, County,
City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) Oracle PeopleSoft
system deployment (which must have included HCM, ELM, and Interaction Hub);

· Ability to work on-site 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.


Desired Skills

· Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and
Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) applications;

· Experience working on large projects with teams exceeding 50
staff;

· Experience creating team communications;

· Experience with all phases of an SDLC methodology (including
