DESCRIPTION: The client is looking for strong Ab Initio resources with varying skill levels for multiple engagements. The resource should have been involved in a minimum 3 Ab Initio projects, with a role as lead developer or architect. The role will participate with design and development of development projects in Ab Initio platform. Individual delivery responsibility from low level design, development to Testing and deployment in development projects involving Ab Initio is required. SKILLS -- REQUIRED: * Ab Initio lead roles * Data Warehouse and/or ETL Architecture with Ab Initio * Relational DB Understanding of Ab Initio deployment architectures * Highly available ETL systems * Strong Unix Skills including shell scripts and system analysis * Requirement analysis and design * Ab Initio concepts * Teradata SQL queries * Design and develop Ab Initio Graphs SKILLS -- NICE TO HAVE: * Highly Available Distributed Operating Environments * Full lifecycle development methodologies, standards and procedures * EME (Enterprise Metadata Environment) If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
