oBasel 2, 2.5, 3 on credit risk, market risk, operational risk,
counter party risk, liquidity risk, ICAAP and stress testing
· Good understanding of Commercial banking processes
· Consultants with fungible skills will be preferred
· Experience in implementation of technology solutions / third
party products in risk and compliance area
· Understanding of SDLC processes
· Ability to work with the technical team in translating business
requirements to technical specifications
· Ability to prepare test plans and test cases as per the
business requirements
· Should be able to work closely with developers/development
teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT
solutions for them.
· Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
· Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal,
presentation and organizational skills
· Very Strong teaming and client management, through-out the
project life-cycle
· Understanding of the offshore delivery model.
*Experience *· 5 or more years of experience in designing
solution, defining operating models in Risk Management at BFSI firms
· Experience in delivering risk and compliance engagements
· Proven ability to execute successful initiatives in complex and
challenging environments.
· Excellent client presence and proven client relationship
building capability
· Excellent academic credentials from top tier programs - BE,
FRM/PRM, MBA required
· Powerful verbal / written / communication / networking skills
· Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and
ambiguous environment
