Contract

Main responsibilities for the End User Engineering Engineer include:

● Overall Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end user device components with 
an emphasis on, but not limited to: Citrix virtualization products 
(Netscaler, XenDesktop, XenApp, etc.)
● Maintain minimum platform knowledge of alternate technologies assigned 
(i.e, scripting, image management, group policy, printing platform, 
mobility, etc.).
● Provide engineering and timely support that delivers a stable, secure 
global end user computing platform following organizational methodologies, 
processes and standards.
● Knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and methodologies 
(pro-actively evaluating industry best practices) surrounding end user 
technologies.
● Experience with escalation and collaboration with key vendors
● Participate in various active projects
● Document processes and procedures for maintenance and support.
● Provides 3rd level operational support for the global desktop platform. 
Off-hours support and a flexible schedule to accommodate a global team will 
be required.


Requirements (Skills / Experience):
● Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service. 
Ideal candidate will have additional breadth of infrastructure related 
technologies such as, but not limited to: (WinTel, Network, Database, etc.)
● Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
● Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
● Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
● Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency
Excellent interpersonal skills and a can do attitude in a team environment
● Self motivated, self directed person
● Ability to work autonomously / independently as part of globally 
dispersed team
