be supporting Java Developers and then transition to a Support Desk role
(several people in this role) helping maintain functionality

• Deep experience with Apache
• Jboss
• Splunk
• Start out as weblogic architect – transition to support desk
troubleshooter
• Support rolling out New Data Center
• Experienced working on support desk
• Experience working for a managed services, cloud or hosting provider
• Experience with large scale, multi-datacenter consumer facing web
properties
• Experience with Puppet/ Chef in production environments
• Working knowledge of local and global load-balancing (F5 BigIPs)
• Interact with Managed Service Providers on issues identification
and solution
• Good experience
• Strong experiential knowledge and understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
