*Job Description*

   - Provides 3rd level technical support to Field Services organization,
   selected vendors and help desk personnel who are deploying new or
   troubleshooting existing hardware and software.
   - Fields incoming support requests via phone, email and instant message.
   - Records detailed problem and resolution data for each support request.
   - Works toward resolving issues on the first attempt and focuses around
   quality of service and resolution versus number of calls answered.
   - Is customer service oriented and has phone support experience.
   - Provides guidance and/or training to field technicians which may have
   little or no exposure to corporate systems.
