REQUIREMENTS: MATLAB, developing software tools for novel medical imaging applications,familiarity with 2D and 3D imaging processing tools/methods Description: Responsible for developing software tools for novel medical imaging applications. Role will be 90% programming new analysis methods for novel applications using MATLAB or equivalent. Familiarity with standard clinical imaging modalities is required. Strong familiarity with 2D and 3D imaging processing tools/methods and proven record of developing novel image processing routines using MATLAB or equivalent required. Candidates will be expected to take a lead role in modifying standard routines or developing new ones for novel applcations. Project stages include proof-of-concept code development, validation, refinement, and/or handoff for implementation. GUI development in MATLAB or equivalent is a plus.
