*SCOPE OF SERVICES  *



Currently, client has an agency-wide SharePoint (SP) site integrated with
single server-MS Project Server 2010 (PS) and Team Foundation Server
(TFS).  The system has been dormant for almost 2 years with a small group
of individuals using aspects of TFS.  Additionally, SP has been relocated
to servers 2 different times and many connections must be updated.



*Client is interested in resurrecting the system and fully integrating it
into Project/Program/PMO/Organizational Management activities.  The role
will be responsible for the following tasks:*



·         Provide system administration for the organization as the sole
source

·         Update, test, and maintain all connections between SP,PS, TFS

·         Update and manage Project Farms, server sizing, and other
infrastructure needs

·         Restructure existing projects into Project/ subproject structure

·         Create and build out existing Project Server workflow for project
intake, status review, approval, and other functionality

·         Expand and change existing Project Server forms for the capturing
and mapping of data elements into PS data fields and to be used for
reporting

·         Creation of project plan templates for consistency of data usage

·         Creation of PMO based reports for project and roll-out  reporting
mainly concentrating on issues, risks, status, and financial reporting

·         Exceptional ability to build views with multiple joins within
Project Server

·         Assist project managers in the creation of new project plans
within PS

·         Establish code for a forced lock-out and sync of projects and
subprojects (approaches can be found online)

·         Provide Project Managers with linked SP sites, documents, issues,
and risks

·         Learn and advance the TFS based financial reporting capabilities

·         Advance the TFS capabilities based on PMO's direction

·         Design and develop disaster recovery approach

·         Knowledge of Performance Point and other associated tools

·         Provide training on available PS/SP/TFS  functionality available
to the organization

·         Ability to create user documentation for new user groups
