*Job Description:*

· Personnel Administration, Personnel Management and Time
Administration.

· Working with the Business in gathering/understanding requirements.

· Creating functional designs for both configuration and
customization.

· Working in co-ordination with the EAD (RICEFW) team for any
customization - carrying out Assembly testing.

· Support the Business during the Product Test/User Acceptance
Test/ Go-live/Hypercare phases of a project.

· Application maintenance - production support, involvement in
changes to our application itself or other applications that interface with
our application, new hardware rollouts.

· Defect management skills - use of HP Application Lifecycle
Management tool, ISM. Design, build and configure applications to meet
business process and application requirement in SAP HCM or Workday
