*Please reply to **bus...@vedainfo.com only * Need Datacenter Resource Phoenix / Chandler - AZ We are looking for experienced Datacenter Resource in our client location to perform datacenter operations and stabilize the datacenter related activities. The resource must have prior hand-on extensive experience on Datacenter and should well versed with cabling and required essential datacenter standards. 7*24 availability has to be ensured. Essential job functions (Responsibilities):Please list out only the responsibilities and not the skills. • Provide touch labor support to datacenter for any kind of activity e.g. Network cable troubleshooting, Hard disk reseating, swappable card removals and plugging etc., DCO engineer works on service calls or work orders only and will be involved only in datacenter facility related incidents. The touch labor also includes any information required as per ORT process followed by different infrastructure teams. • Daily walk through required at least 2 times during shift/duty for monitoring the health status of Servers, Network devices, UPS, AC and Surveillance devices. • Shipping and receiving materials such as servers, different cards network, HBA etc. Packing and unpacking of all datacenter equipments. DCO engineer works on service calls or work orders/Tasks only. Shipping cost needs an approval from Datacenter operations manager wherever appropriate. • Commissioning/Decommissioning servers in to/from racks as per customer directions.
